Safe and Fair Play
The rules that keep our games fair, safe, and fun for everyone. These cover conduct inside our games — how you play, and how you treat the people you play with. For our forums and social channels, see the Community Guidelines.
The rules
Play it straight
No cheats, mods, bots, macros, or modified clients. If a tool plays the game for you, or gives you an advantage the game did not intend, it is not allowed.
Report bugs, don't farm them
Finding a glitch is fine. Repeatedly exploiting one for advantage is not. Tell us and we will fix it — and we would rather thank you than roll back your account.
One player, one account
Accounts are personal. Sharing, selling, buying, or transferring them is not allowed, and neither is trading in-game items for real money outside the game.
Leave the plumbing alone
Do not tamper with game files, memory, network traffic, or purchase verification.
What happens if someone breaks them
We aim to be proportionate. A first mistake usually means the offending content is removed, or progress and items obtained illegitimately are rolled back. Repeated or serious breaches can mean a suspension or the loss of access to that game, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. Anything that endangers a minor is actioned immediately.

Reporting
Email support@buenalabs.io with the subject "Report", the game, and a screenshot if you have one. Reports involving a minor's safety are prioritised and reviewed the same business day.
