Helping families enjoy Buena titles safely and responsibly. This page covers the controls each platform gives you over purchases, playtime, and age-appropriate content — and what our games do and do not collect.

Age ratings

Every title we publish carries an age rating on its store listing — an Apple age rating on the App Store, and an IARC rating (ESRB, PEGI, USK, or your local board) on Google Play. The rating shown on the listing is the authoritative one for that title and your region. Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.

Purchases

All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details. If a purchase was made without your permission, request a refund from the store that took the payment: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your Google Play order history. The controls below prevent it happening again.

Platform controls

Paths verified 2026-08-06. Apple and Google move these menus between releases — each control links to the vendor's own instructions, which are authoritative if what you see differs from the path below.
