Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, in any Buena product — mrkdwn or any Buena title. This page explains what gets deleted, how to request it, and what to expect. You do not need an account, or to be signed in, to make a request.
What Gets Deleted

Local Markdown files on your device are never touched by the deletion process. You retain full ownership of your local files.
In the app
mrkdwn: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
A game: Settings → Account (or Privacy) → Delete Account and Data.
Your account then enters a 30-day grace period. Sign back in to cancel. After that, deletion is permanent.
Where a game keeps progress only on your device or in your platform's cloud save, deleting the game removes it. We hold nothing to delete.
Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. See /support.

Email privacy@buenalabs.io, subject "Data Deletion Request", from or naming your account address.
- Acknowledged within 72 hours.
- Completed within 30 days.
- Confirmed by email when done.
Submit a Deletion Request
After deletion
- You get a confirmation email.
- Local files on your device are untouched.
- Backups are purged within 30 days.
- You can start a new account any time. The old data cannot be recovered.
